Not going to see I, Daniel Blake now, not on, was yesterday and I assumed.....

So, German Market, ASDA for a nice jumper and a winter coat, not paying Gap prices, or Danish prices, need something warmer to stop the wind blowing down my jacksi while waiting for Havnebussen.

Found my Caterpillars in the garage after our recent UK move, after asking the kids (22 and 17) to find them and only getting 'Can't find them' or 'They're not there'. There were there and I found them. Modern youth.

Measure up for blinds, second tranche, after trusting said kids to measure for the first tranche and them getting them all wrong. Modern youth.

Pack up my 27" iMac Retina for shipping to Copers, pack presents for flatmate, namely a borrow of my Bruce Springsteen original pressing LP's (he's gone all Linn Sondek) and some proper British Danish Bacon, we get all the good stuff, the stuff they get left with is well rank, worse than American bacon and that's saying something.

If you're planning to preserve your body like the pharaohs, you'd be better off going for the freezer approach like Brillopad.

As for my weekend, I'll be buying a new thermostat and electric element for my mullahed boiler, then if time permits I'll toddle up to Exmoor for the weekly hunt meet.

22:50 - I need to be up early tmrw! And my UK house is other side of Wakey now - it's doable but I'm not in the mood for rushing about on last day!

I got it preordered on iTunes, and it's on in Copers next month (as Jeg, Daniel Blake!) so that can wait.

What if there's a powercut? I don't want my preservation spoiled by a calm day after the Greens switch our power generation to windmills.

I'm off to that London to celebrate brother-in-law's big birthday.

Sunday we are meeting the litter for a pub lunch

Sunday night I've got to catch up with all the paperwork I failed to do this morning.

Last night I looked after my nephews while my sister escaped to the pub!

well today was a trip to Windsor pool. My 3 year old is either taking up high wire work or joining the special forces, we obviously forgot to teach her fear. Her siblings had a good time.

Tomorrow its another swimming lesson and sorting out the plumbing.
