Climate change the orthodoxy of the liberal view has been played out ad infinitum here and I am not going to go at it again suffice to say the liberal view being that “the debate is settled,” and anyone that disagrees is denounced as a “climate deniers” The climate change is happening, that it is to the detriment of civilisation, that by controlling human behaviour they can control the climate and 99.9% of climate scientists are paid to support this narrative. They even use the laughably unscientific word "denier" to protect their position. Suffice to say the debate on climate change has been played out to the "nth" degree on here whereby no such consensus has been agreed.
As you say, over-debated. However on the scientific consensus you are quite simply wrong. You even have to go to fake news sites to find support for your position.

Immigration. The liberal view being that anyone who dares challenge this is racist.
Sweeping and wrong generalisation. Here for example is the Labour Party Manifesto for 2015

"Labour will never cut Britain off from the rest of the world. Our economy and our society benefit from the talent and investment of people who come here, but the system needs to be controlled and managed so that it is fair. Low-skilled migration has been too high and needs to come down. We need much stronger action to stop illegal immigration."

Defining people by their ethnic groups being termed as "racist" by the left wing liberals so rapes by young muslim men are ignored in case of upsetting our (failing) multiculturalism - hence the problems are never debated and white girls continue to be exploited.
Historically, you have a point. The report into Rotherham concluded that "institutionalised*political correctness" played a part. Whether exploitation continues after the Jay report, I doubt. Remember that the Macpherson report found the Met to be 'institutionally racist' so maybe the pendulum swung too far the other way.

We have discussed "diversity" where you have admitted that when push comes to shove and matters become ones of personal interest you ignore diversity when it comes to you but are still happy to impose it on others
You'll have to remind me when I said that.

Homosexuality - we must force everyone to accept homosexuality and impose the liberal view on everyone else if that means marrying in a church or baking a cake eveyone else is forced to comply with the liberal view for fear of being branded as homophobic.
You do not support equal rights for homosexuals? The cake thing was silly and self-inflicted.

Feminism EG men are as much "entitled" to have paternity leave as women when we all know perfectly well most men do not want this and if they do they will bugger off and play golf.
No sure that equal rights for Dads = feminism?

The culture of the victim where anyone can lay claim to being victimised without being challenged (if you are being bullied on twitter then don't go on it.
Breathtaking, you want to hand cyberspace over to bullies? How about creating a culture where bullying is unacceptable? That's not 'liberal', just sensible.

The self loathing culture whereby we blame our own imperialism or foreign intervention (or not depending on whether it suits the liberal narrative) for problems abroad (instead of being allowed to say that the problems are of your own making so take responsibility)*
    Example?

Whether I agree with Breitbart or not I Thank god for its existence.
'I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it'. Hard to say the liberals are stifling debate when such an anti-liberal platform exists. '

I find the charge of a liberal tyranny to be largely paranoid delusion, based on a series of Straw Men arguments, unsupported and overstated.

      Oxford English Dictionary:

A person who denies something, especially someone who refuses to admit the truth of a concept or proposition that is supported by the majority of scientific or historical evidence
Perfectly serviceable, scientific, fair and accurate description in so many cases.

You didn't make a case or any argument, you had a rant showing that you don't understand what liberalism is, and are unaware that even Thatcher and Trump ruled/will rule liberal democracies.

Yeah sure and that person who called Michelle Obama "a dirty ape" or whatever it was was just saying she is really hairy and has bad table manners.

Surely they disagreed with political or religious views of their time which importantly were NOT backed up by either scientific or historical evidence.

Like denying their was a holocaust BEFORE the camps were inspected. Or denying climate change existed 50 years ago when we had no data.

I listed a number of tenets of liberalism and gave examples. Perhaps you could go through them and pick out any that you think I am wrong about

                  Here is the list:

Climate change - anyone who doubts any fact, argument, prognosis of the liberal left is a "denier"
Migration Anyone who questions membership of the EU because they are concerned about immigration - racist
Homosexuality - anyone who refuses to marry a gay couple or bake a cake - homophobe
Rape - Rapists defined or identified on the basis of race or religion - racism
Victim - anyone with an axe to grind, seeking attention is taken at face value. If you are being bullied on social media then don't go on it.
The worlds problems - no matter how societies organise themselves all problems are the fault of British and American imperialism/empires.

                    I left out diversity

The trouble is that we are forced to accept the tyranny of liberalism and we are not permitted to challenge its orthodoxy. This is why the people of the UK, EU and the USA are rebelling. For a start they are delivering nothing for anyone other than themselves and they are exploiting "the totems" of climate change, diversity etc to put themselves beyond question ("deniers, racists, homphobes you name it) So I am ask the question again to the liberals.

If you have a serious disease or you have a pension both of which would normally require the very best of advice would you:

Go to the person, the most qualified, the one with the best record of success - whatever race, sex or gender that might be or would you

Go to a "specialist" his/her (or "its") who's institution has selected in order to represent the requirements of diversity policies?

To which PJclarke answered The best-qualified, regardless of other factors, obvs

He then goes on to say And 'positive discrimination' is largely a myth

Can't be bothered with the other Straw Man arguments, however:

If you are being bullied on social media then don't go on it.

Really? Should we extend this to schools, perhaps? If you're being bullied at school then stay home?

I don't think you've thought this one through.
