who the hell sets a distribution list with all 1.2M users?
That has to be a new list. NHSmail has been around in various guises since the mid 2000s. I don't believe that such a list has existed all that time if this is the first time it's been used.See You Next TuesdayComment

I suspect it was one of the default ones and the IT bod made a mistake. You would of thought they would have turned on moderation on the large lists,Comment
