Beats me why they keep posting all this Scottish indy stuff on a British forum anyway Ok the SNP are good for a laugh but more people live in Yorkshire than Scotland. And I don't much care about them!

Shouldn't they be trying to persuade people in Scotland?

They tried that. It didn't work.

You should take 5 minutes and listen to Jim Rogers of The Quantum Fund on Radio 4 this week - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNMUPIsQjf4
Jim Rogers. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Honestly, vote leave and see the outcome. We dare you.

I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago about the worrying trend of SNP MPs, MSPs and councilors equating the conservative's brexit process to the actions of the Nazis in the 1930s.

This reached peak ****wittery at the SNP conference where an Australian and long standing SNP supporter compared his family's inability to get employment to satisfy an offer of a Tier 2 visa to the Nazi's treatment on the Jews...

To equate a working visa issue with the holocaust is total fruitbattery.

I would say with some certainty that this is a top down strategy, now the economic argument is completely gone the narrative must be shifted to the claim that Scottish people are 'morally superior' ( yes, they have used that term ). These people are dangerous.

With regards to the bill they are 'preparing' the Scottish parliament is now allowed to debate or vote on it as it sits outside their competence. The signals are that May will not consider 'lending' the powers as happened last time under the Edinburgh Agreement.

The only reason for this SNP boondoggle is so that fat pie muncher can print it out and wave it in Westminster and demand that the will of the Scottish people can be heard. May will quite reasonably suggest it was in 2014.

                  Goodness you're bitter.

Enough of the petty arguments and name calling. Scotland needs to distance itself more and more from Westminster government. It is toxic. Illegal wars, desire for racial profiling, protectionism, this is not who the Scots are and they must continue to distance themselves from that.

There's not much evidence for the Scots being any different from the English in many (perhaps most) respects. I dare say support for Scottish independence is greater in England .

Take the most divisive interpretation of Rudd's name-and-shame policy, for example; polling suggests that SNP supporters were evenly split, 46% supporting, and 46% not supporting.

                      That is clearly nonsense.

In the list of sins the British Empire committed the Scottish people have been willing participants and often its leaders. Glasgow was built on the slave trade and tobacco plantations.
