Human genocide is humans (one species) trying to wipe out other members of the same species.

Wasps taking out bees is about attacking a small group of a different species.

And those engaging in genocide would often use the claim they're NOT the same species as motivation.

Not really. They are aberrations that occur when greed overrides normal inclusive behaviour. Tragically it happens all too often, but nobody said we were perfect.
