I was actually a little underwhelmed by some of the meat when I went there.

I recommend this place for really great chops etc. although a little more informal than Barbicoa.

Exactly, massive regional variations, pork chops are another favourite addition.

Anyway, I love a well made one and looking forward to getting tucked into a few, in a couple of weeks
