I have no idea whether the recipe is any good (admittedly it doesn't look recognisably like paella to me) but:

          a) There might be traditional versions of a recipe but recipes evolve all the time
          b) I'm sure there are many variations of paella in Spain that do not bare resemblance to traditional or "original" paella
          c) I like chorizo in paella
          d) I'm sure multi-millionaire Jamie Oliver really cares what you think about his recipe

I reckon virtually every paella you see in the supermarket has chorizo in it, and it generally seems common in restaurants and pop-up food places.

            English people don't like snails.
