I think OP was referring to "the British Library" as the collection of libraries found in towns all across the country. What you are referring to is "The British Library" which is a single library in London (west of St Pancras station) that, being a "copyright library" is entitled to be sent every book published in the country, and is consequently rather large. And you need a pass to get into the bits of it that have these books, as opposed to the public areas that sport some nice architecture, exhibits, and a cafe.Originally posted by blackeye View PostGet a pass and head to the reading rooms you pleb.
