Probably a roast ox would be too large. But you could maybe cook chicken legs or boil eggs.

(Seriously, I'm not sure if eggs would be OK, as they might explode. But if not that might be handy for breakfast.)
You have to crack the eggs and put contents a container then you can cook them in the microwave.

If you get really desperate you could have microwavable chips and Rustlers "crap in 60 seconds" micro-burgers. Suddenly ready meals will seem wonderful again.
You forgot things like traditional British food e.g. bangers and mash.

Fried eggs and scrambled eggs are easy to make in a microwave and I use one of these for boiled eggs in the microwave, no need to break them: https://www.amazon.de/Eierkocher-f%C.../dp/B001LEUUCC

Microwaving a can of lager will not end well.

I'm the kind of guy who stops the microwave at 1 second just to feel like a bomb defuser.

You can steam vegetables in the mic. Buy a bag of washed and cut vegetables from the shop. Easy. Chop them up after
Cooking and mix in with 4 raw eggs. Microwave the lot as if making scrambled eggs. Instant "momlette"! I've never tried it but I reckon it could be made to work with the right seasoning.

Drying clothes in a microwave doesn't seem to work too well though. I tried a t-shirt once and it came out both still wet and smouldering

Use Airbnb next time. Get yourself an apartment for the same price as that hotel room. Buy some pasta and Pesto. Or some eggs, cheese, ham, spring onions, and make a yummy omelette. Both are a lot better for you that something you might microwave out of a box.

Wouldn't want to be in that hotel room come morning.
