    Mentoring junior staff

    Seeing more contracts talking about this. You will deliver the project whilst training, mentoring and passing on your skillset to the other team members (permies).

    Your not going to get many renewals in these contracts, clearly...

    Does depend a great deal on how quick on the uptake your protege(s) is(are). You could of formalise it and deliver a course, at regular intervals at 'Cost'.

          If your skill set can be imparted to some juniors in the course of a contract, it's not a very profound skill set, is it?

            Given the typical random nature of staff continually leaving / being deployed to more urgent screw ups - training Bangalore is a guarantee for multiple renewals...

              You can tell people how to do things - that doesn't mean that they do it the correct way.
