Ok, great keep £25 mln, the figure promised publicly for NHS was £350 mln, even if somewhere somebody promised £100 mln that means nothing because the most high profile HIGHEST promise was £350 mln, so not implementing it would mean that this referendum was won very closely on a MAJOR FRAUDLENT CLAIM. On that basis it should be annulled by the Supreme Court.

If it had been lost to bremainers it would have been based solely on FUD so I'd call it quits.
