2002? Isn't that the start of the period Mercs QC went to pot and they became one of the most unreliable brands on the planet for a while?

That started in the late 1990s, but yes, 2002 is included. It's the bodies you have to watch and this one is sound. It's never been admitted by Merc, but (from experience with a C-class and good deal of reading round the subject) the quality of the steel was shi7e. On the flip side the M111 2.3 supercharged engine is a good 'un as is the autobox. Any which way, it is only meant as a stop gap and it was only £1550. I'll put it into perspective. Someone paid more for the full leather option than I did for the whole car.

        Aston Martin Vanquish
        Audi R8 V10 Plus
        Bentley Continental GT3-R
        BMW i8
        Corvette Z06
        Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat
        Ferrari Enzo
        Ferrari F12 Berlinetta
        Ferrari 458 Italia
        Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4
        Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4
        McLaren F1
        McLaren 650S
        McLaren 570S
        Pagani Huayra
        Pagani Zonda S
        Porsche 911 Turbo S

There are a few road legal cars which match/are a shade faster 0-60 than the Tesla S but they
are typically rare/race tuned specials costing seven figures (e.g. Ferrari LaFerrari, 0-60 2.6secs; Pagani Zonda R 0-60 2.6 secs)

One HUGE drawback .. although it costs a shed load, because its so innocuous the Tesla S has about the same pussy magnet/head turning effect as its Vectra lookalike; u ain't likely to pull page 3 stunners cos ur drivin' it.

Tesla S - Ferrari, Lambo, Mclaren, Pagani, Porshe crusher

        Vectra VXR
You do know an F1 car can go 0-120 in three seconds...

Anyway, Volvo 850R, preferably the estate version. Silliest car in the world.
        Blog? What blog...?

I see quite a lot of Tesla's here on the motorway and if they're so fast why are they always on the inside lane only doing about 100? Is it cos the battery might go flat
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

They were rather nice cars in the their day, and no, it was 1990!
