Besides a few minor concessions that were and are obvious to everyone anyway, certainly now if not before the vote, it is an ardent Remainer's pitch for a free trade agreement as similar as possible to having stayed in the EU

But in fairness, the author does point out that this will not be at all acceptable to the vast majority of Brexiters, if it entails freedom of movement.
