Good take from Jim Cramer on Brexit.
Cramer Remix: Brexit is the dumbest financial mistake I’ve ever seen
The financial penalty for leaving the EU is now so palpable that only the most extreme of xenophobic nations would even debate the issue" Cramer said.
Ultimately, Cramer found this to be the dumbest financial mistake he could ever recall. This one decision has caused British taxpayers to lose far more money than they would save from leaving the EU

No need to worry about the EU breaking up.
It was not by the way it was about retaining our civil liberties
but then the world is chock full of dense tw@s who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing.Comment

He knows his onions.
I would take him very seriously and buy gold at $2,000/oz. I suspect he is related to Gordon Brown. A comedy genius, none the less.Comment

Future good news from The National Trust. Once we leave the EU we can abandon the Common Agricultural Policy and bring in a bespoke British policy.
Leaving the EU can transform the countryside into a haven for bees, buterflies and wildlife, head of the National Trust says
Dame Helen Ghosh will say that Britain’s countryside can be transformed and be made more beautiful by spending European Union subsidies on “managing the land in a nature-friendly way” rather than just boosting food production after the UK leaves the EU.
The National Trust’s six principles of how Brexit can help the countryside.
- Public money must only pay for public goods.
- It should be unacceptable to harm nature but easy to help it.
- Nature should be abundant everywhere.
- We need to drive better outcomes for nature, thinking long-term and on a large scale.
- Farmers that deliver the most public benefit, should get the most.
- We must invest in science, new technology and new markets that help nature.
