My understanding from reading it is that property prices will continue to rise, but be £60k less than if we had stayed in the EU.

Ah yes, missed that bit, but it's all finger in the air stuff that can't be disproved.

It's like speculating what would have happened if Alex Ferguson hadn't taken charge at United, or Liverpool hadn't appointed Souness - completely disprovable guessing and as long as you're within certain parameters, not without merit.

There's also going to be a potential appetite for foreign investment in the UK while the pound is weakened, but we just don't know. Throw in the potential turmoil in the Eurozone post-Article 50 being triggered with only Germany to prop up struggling banks; that would make the UK a more stable option in Europe for investment. Besides, apart from us, there's only Ireland and their significantly smaller workforce that can speak American.
