Reasonable though. If London house prices drop by an average of £60,000, where do they see an overall increase of 8% coming from?

My understanding from reading it is that property prices will continue to rise, but be £60k less than if we had stayed in the EU.

London may be particularly hard hit

            Brexit hits manufacturing hard

Totally predictable, this is just the start.

Ah yes, missed that bit, but it's all finger in the air stuff that can't be disproved.

It's like speculating what would have happened if Alex Ferguson hadn't taken charge at United, or Liverpool hadn't appointed Souness - completely disprovable guessing and as long as you're within certain parameters, not without merit.

There's also going to be a potential appetite for foreign investment in the UK while the pound is weakened, but we just don't know. Throw in the potential turmoil in the Eurozone post-Article 50 being triggered with only Germany to prop up struggling banks; that would make the UK a more stable option in Europe for investment. Besides, apart from us, there's only Ireland and their significantly smaller workforce that can speak American.

Funny, just sold a property for asking price after a week on the market.
Not quite London but close enough.
Buyer's Indian interestingly, as in from India, not British Indian.

So do you think there will be more or less manufacturing in 5 years?
Bear in mind there was something of a renaissance in past years.
Not that I give a sh1t, most of those in manufacturing areas voted leave - fook em.

                      How very conciliatory of you.
