IANAL but database rights might be key in this one, copyright certainly should be checked - generally speaking if you take somebody's copyrighted work and republish it with minor changes (reformatting) then you might be breaking their copyright, but there are exemptions that may or may not suit your circumstances, not least depending on whether you are trying to make a business out of it (make money) or just hobby thing, some public interest.Comment

IMO, whilst it is no doubt good for a bit of amusement/sport, it was a very long time ago, and people should be judged on how they are today, not stuff they did over a decade ago.
