    You heard it here first.

But I suppose you see no problem at all with the UK entering into trade deals on behalf of all of its member countries?

They are in Waitrose. Look for "juicing vegetables". Bulk packaged and wonky, but fresh and nice.

Ok great, so EU did not ban them, what's the problem?

Well they've already broken the rule I mentioned, haven't they?

You still don't get it. The bigger countries like Germany don't give a toss about Juncker and his federalist rules. They will use them when it suits them but when it doesn't, they will be changed or ignored.

Once you have realised the above you are welcome in the fold.

They did not break any EU laws, they can informally negotiate for you to have lobotomy, but actually carrying it out would be subject to laws

Their glorious leader plus a whole host of others cretins clearly stated 'no informal negotiations'. And in the background informal negotiations took place!

If Germany wants a trade agreement directly with the UK it will get one and there will be sweet fa the EU can do about it.

Not forming individual trade deals is not a rule, or a law. It's the fundamental basis of the whole EU concept: a trading block, or common market. The 27 come as a package deal; that's one of the reasons you lot were insisting we had to leave.

Germany is not going to pretend the EU never existed just so it can sell a couple of extra 3-series to British photocopier salesmen.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

The EU doesn't ban any food unless there is a health risk. But there is a quality classification scheme based on what people perceive as a 'proper' cucumber/banana/what have you. Straightness etc comes into play because people have a preference for cucumbers that are shaped a certain way, and groceries mainly sell them because that's what consumers want to buy.
