They will be campaigning to drop the Working Time Directive that's incorporated into laws in the UK ignoring the fact loads of workers opt-out if it is safe to do so.

We all know how (mostly) useless the Bobs are, surely we can seize this opportunity to fix their screwups (of which there will be many and most bountiful).

Indians used to come on HSMP/TIER1 visas. This route is now closed. Only option left is Tier2 visas (employer sponsored)
Tier2 (ICT) : Visas used by large IT companies to send their staff to the UK. Tier2 ICT cannot lead to settlement.

Tier2 General : Visas issued by UK companies to hire people with rare skills. Only this category can lead to settlement.
