Reciprocal arrangements are one thing but I think cross charges would work better.
As a bremainer I agrre with this. I think moving to the Swiss model would facilitate that, since EU citz (NAT correct me if I'm wrong) have always needed a Work Permit to work in CH despite freedom of movement, albeit automatically granted. I think lately though the Swiss have started to quota them which is fair enough they they deem themselves to be 'full'.

I have signed. Its difficult, as it seems to me that alot of people want something done about immigration.

I want immigration rules changed, or more houses and infrastructure built, then another referendum.

Average from my impression of what people have been saying.

There's lots of subtleties to "not without a job". What if the job is for a month? What if they stay 3 years, build a life here, and then lose their job through no fault of their own? Does one man with a job get to bring his wife and 6 children?
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

              I read that.

The Mayor Calais is throwing her toys out of the pram as the Mayor of Calais always does.

The agreement between France and the UK over this is nothing to do with the EU.

You don't need a work permit. You can come here to look for work.

There was a referendum which decided that the quotas would be reintroduced for EU citizens. The Federal government now have to figure out how to implement the will of the people without (too many) EU sanctions- they're in discussion with the EU about it. Rather similar to the UK situation.
