They are in management jobs. My point is that EU graduates are not applying for these sort of jobs

      Your point is incorrect.

        This is an interesting concept

Whilst the population of the planet increases at a phenomenal rate the civilised countries of the world (who's own people cannot afford to have more children) are expected to offer livelihoods to the offspring of people from dysfunctional states. We are effectively encouraging other people from uncivilised societies to do lots of shagging and have lots of children without them taking any responsibility for their behaviour.

The family came to Britain legitimately – ironically under a Government scheme designed to encourage people to move to the Scottish Highlands and settle in rural areas. But after their visa scheme was scrapped.
This is complete bulltulip but is continually stated as fact by the family and multiple SNP politicians.

The mother arrived on a student visa and the rest of the family were her dependants. The visa they claim they arrived on was scrapped months before they got here.

Well, it won't be a UK court, because the "Shutting Down the Borders Completely Act" will ensure there is no ability to sue in UK courts.

So, which EU court would they sue in?

Fair enough - I will concede that one. However it is hardly ever going to happen except in times of severe situation. The point that I allowed you to draw me away from is that we may want to restrict certain types of people from coming to the UK or to put it more positively we want only the people we need to come here. So if we have a situation of full employment (we currently do not) and we have trained 1 million people to be baristas and we still have a shortage then we might decide to let an additional 10,000 Polish students in to train to do these jobs.
