Ireland has plenty of East Europeans in both graduate and non-graduate jobs. In the latest census (not yet published), there is an expectation that Poles may overtake Britons as the largest national minority group.

DA thinks graduate jobs are only those from traditional graduate schemes.

He doesn't seem aware that most graduate jobs are in SMEs who don't have graduate schemes. They take graduates on and if they aren't as*** train them up. You can actually get better training in a SME as you are personally responsible for a lot more than in a large company.

If you go to any Pret/Starbucks etc ect the majority of workers will not be British. My son works for an SME and so do many of his friends. Not one has encountered a colleague at their level from eastern Europe.

Judging by the desperate way that you try to counter any migration point I presume you are another one who believes in open door immigration and that the UK should happily assimilate people towards the 100 million mark.?

When I lived in England, my local Starbucks had entirely British staff.

Maybe they should have worked harder at school and got a management level job.
