I don't buy that, by the time Ken got to the Mayor gig he was fairly experienced as a city administrator and his time was server during a unique period of economic growth.

Khan is quite clearly a moron, de Blasio is making an arse of it in New York, I expect Khan to do similar.

Boris is a moron and has done SFA for London. The things with his name on it e.g. Boris bikes, Olympics, were sorted out while Ken was in office. Ken was very good at listening to flunkies who had to cost their ideas.
