The UK is becoming more divided. Labour support is shrinking back towards London and a few industrial areas such as the North East. Even in those places, UKIP is snapping at their heels.

The only reason why Labour still has support in the North East is that we don't have any SNP equivalent for people to vote for.Originally posted by unixman View PostThe UK is becoming more divided. A phobia is an irrational fear. Given that as an atheist and gay fellow traveller (among other things - not felching) I would be in mortal danger in most Islamic countries, phobia seems a redundant term.Originally posted by Old Greg View PostI trust the esteemed management of this site will treat any Islamophobia with the same severity that they rightly treat antisemitism.
A good place to start is by reimagining the thread as if it is referencing Jewish people, synagogues etc.
I will leave it with the management's good judgment.
If you think I should fear for my life over lifestyle choices, then feel free to disagree.Comment

I did not really give a tulip about London's mayor as long as it was not Boris, but having heard outrageous Tory Scum accusations it was only natural to see voters reject Tory Scum at the ballot box, maybe next time they'll learn their lesson and avoid running negative campaign based on liesComment
