It was still an ok rate, just lower than other work up here (North). But then take out T&S too.

You could buy a nice village. Or buy a grotty town and develop it

The indian agencies are the ones who offering less.

If you were getting £800pd for something an Indian outsource person can do, that was the crazy thing. Generic developer roles paying >£500pd is insane.
