There is no way the schools threats are within the law... You can't remove a child from education based solely on how they travel to the school.

They are not "removing a child from education" they are asking its parents to obey their rules - it is a private school after all. And if the child's parents refuse to obey the rules, then the child's parents have voluntarily accepted that they do not want their child educated at that school and as such need to find a different school for the child to continue their education.

My daughters school is on a retail park including a Asda and a Odeon cinema. The car park is huge. Yet every day a subset of the parents park like idiots and totally ignore the one way system. Its unbelievable.

I would imagine they would be first to complain about someone else putting their own kids at risk.

Did you read the article. The school had a reduced intact for ks2 or year 3. And the selection criteria for that would allow for awkward parents to be removed - heck as I governor I changed the admission criteria continually to solve gaming...

Where was it stated it was a private school ? Most COE schools are not private schools.

Actually its quite rife in the west country too. The not so yummy mummies at my kids village primary would give the Gumball Rally ******* a run for their money. Just seems that they seem to think its fine to drive like a bunch of twunts because they know that their little angle is in the back of the car.

Where I live, huge swathes all round owned by British Virgin Islands companies, including land for new massive housing estate.

We are being sold, acre by acre, to foreign companies in tax havens, with no way of knowing who or what is behind it.....
