No its not that. The other nations don't have completely open access as Stek has noted.
We may be able to get tariff access to the EU single market without EU rights of movement, but something will have to give for the companies involved.

I doubt it. During the financial crises we saw with Greece that they simply doubled down with the disastrous economic polices, rather than allowing Greece to leave the Euro.

Most of the EU exports are food and most of the EU imports are food. So we grow some cabbages and are allowed to sell them to France, and France sells us some broad beans, without tariffs.

A free trade agreement isn't a binary switch.

UK banks have the same privileges as Euro zone banks, they can access the ECB for financing and are under ECB regulation so they can trade Euro bonds.

Pretty vital for London to remain the finance centre of the EU.

Seeing Brexit as a way to reduce immigration seems rather weak.

You could reduce migration a bit, but it won't make much difference, it's not as if there will be no migration at from the EU.

You still have 200,000 migrants coming in from outside the EU.

That may be so but unless economies start to improve and migrants are stopped then eventually the forces of Nationalism will take over. This will lead to the type of unrest that the EU was supposed to bring to an end. There is no sign that any of the EU economies apart from Germany who are literally ravaging the rest of Europe will improve.

A lot of UK citizens are fed up with immigration and high house prices. Odd considering that those are the only 2 things keeping the economy up.

UKIP got 12% of the vote at the last election.

It will be interesting to see how this will all end.
