So, what about defamation of character? I've been accused on here of being a sockie, yet my accuser refuses to say who I am a sockie of or why, they also refuse to take it back or apologise.
No rules on that one?…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Defamation: the action of damaging the good reputation of someone; slander or libel. You don't have a good reputation, so I'm not entirely convinced that you've been defamed. Also, nobody knows (or cares) who you are in real life and only a real person can be defamed. Not an anonymous forum handle.Originally posted by WTFH View PostSo, what about defamation of character? No rules on that one?Unless your name really is WTFH you are pretending to be another person who you are not, so that means most people on here are sockiesA sockpuppet is an online identity used for purposes of deception. The term, a reference to the manipulation of a simple hand puppet made from a sock, originally referred to a false identity assumed by a member of an Internet community who spoke to, or about, themselves while pretending to be another person.[1]Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?

According to your quote, it's
"a false identity assumed by a member of an Internet community who spoke to, or about, themselves while pretending to be another person.[1] "
I am not a member of this community trying who has set up a false identity so I can talk to or about myself while pretending to be someone else.
I.e. I do not have multiple registrations on this forum for the purpose of talking to myself, much as I'd like to raise the average level of intelligence of the membership, that isn't the way to do it.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
