I don't understand what concerns you could have about Islam that you wouldn't have about Judaism aside from the fact that the latter don't proselytise. Buddhism is fairly innocuous I agree. Doesn't justify slagging off the faith of a billion people though, does it?

How am I sticking my head in the sand because I don't have the same level of "discomfort" you do? Is it because I don't want to "face facts" and acknowledge that Wahabism is the "one true Islam" or whatever nonsense people are writing in this thread?

Where, in Glasgow? Never seen anyone do anything like that here. But you know carry on judging Islam by Saudi Arabia and I'll stick to the Spanish Inqusition as the high watermark for Christianity. Makes about as much sense.
