                  This ^^^ and I'm hoping that I do something about it, before it's too late.

                  Currently running two houses, wife and dogs. At some stage, we'll sell up, downsize and live a comfortable, yet simple, life with no money worries. I just hope we don't look back and wish we'd done it earlier.

                  I'm 50 next year and the clock is ticking.....
