Apparently they are building a 3rd 'leg' (in India IIRC) but I don't know the geography well enough to know if this is fulfilling what you suggest.

I think we are all a little too sceptical.
Admittedly there's way too much 'spin' on this 'story'. The real story is that they've proved it and had it peer-reviewed. Unlike the gazillion 'predictions' from the climate lobby.
