Incredible that in this case the women claims she was penetrated. By a man walking past. In a second. Even in 2 seconds as per doctored CCTV it seems astonishing.
For some people 2 seconds is doing well

        yes

Prosecutors 'slowed down' CCTV footage of commuter accused of bizarre sex assault | Daily Mail Online

By reducing the video's speed by half, the moments before and after Mr Pearson passed the woman, would have seemed longer to the jury than they really were.
see you should read a quality paper

So, reducing it by half would double it then?

yes 1 second would appear to last 2 seconds.

Same principle as seeing a glass fall off the kitchen worktop then.

I believe you are supposed to last longer than 2 seconds. Judging from the divorce reasons I have received.

Your reasons are different innit? They were all due to the size and not the duration.

Yep she should have got two years in jail for it. I've got a thing about this - like you said its an insult to genuine victims.

Similar sort of thing happened to someone I know. Totally innocent but if the woman says it must be true. He went through two years of hell, lost his job etc but then she owned up she'd made it up. Nothing happened to her. Its just plain wrong.
