I'm pretty sure MS is telling the truth there are some men, apparently quite a few who touch women up on trains. I also imagine there are a lot of women who perceive they are touched up by blokes when its an accident, something I have been guilty of completely innocently.
The former needs stamping, out the latter needs more trains.

I have been "touched up". I reckon it is completely accidental.

Incredible that in this case the women claims she was penetrated. By a man walking past. In a second. Even in 2 seconds as per doctored CCTV it seems astonishing.
