the default position as per the reference I gave is that the Employer owns the IP. If you wish for your employer to relinquish that right then you need to negotiate. Which I see you did. The OP could do the same but has chosen not to. In my opinion he should in case the product makes real money and the Employers lawyers sniff a quick buck.Comment
