Having married his partner on Friday one imagines they're going to have to wait a while longer yet to get their hands on his loot.

But HMR&C will have to wait an eternity for any inheritance tax from his estate, as his wife of two days is exempt !

He lived far longer than expected. 76 isn't a bad age. I read his book "A Brief History of Time" - I found the beginning and the end singularly pointless.

Interestingly, there's a cross-over as I'm sure I read SH went to one of Billy Graham's 'gigs' in a biography.

Very clever chap, sad to see but he had a full life considering he was diagnosed at 26 but continued on for another 50 years, and in those 50 years managed to do a lot more than most people.
