Right to family life
Oh Dear
Polish murder suspect found working in a Subway is fighting extradition | Daily Mail Online
Polish prosecutors want to bring him home to face a two charges of assault and one of murder.
The full extradition hearing was due to start yesterday but a legal blunder led to the whole process starting again from the beginning.
Anthony Hanratty, defending Kupiec, said he would use Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights to stay in Britain.
what a comedy of errors
A Korona Kielce fan is said to have been stabbed to death.
Polish police rounded up a gang of football hooligans but some of those implicated, including Kupiec, are believed to have fled overseas.
Reports in Poland suggest British officers previously arrested two Poles with the same name but released them after realising their errors.
Kupiec was placed on Interpol's most wanted list in 2008.
Kupiec is wanted by Polish police to face charges of causing death by manslaughter or murder, assault or maltreatment, and theft, according to Interpol's website.

If an unmarried person with no children can use the Hooman Rights hogwash to avoid extradition, then basically the UK has no extradition ability whatsoever.
What this means, again, is the EU controls exactly what/who/where and why of every aspect of our lives. We are prisoners of the EUSSR, Merkel's little island monkeys.
