A nearly three year old article is news on Radio 4? Why don't they use Twitter or Reddit to get their news stories, like all the other useless hacks?

This is not going to affect contractors. What will affect us is avoidance(i.e. PSC) being deemed evasion. Retrospectively applied. Followed by APNs. And bank account raids.
