This is not going to affect contractors. What will affect us is avoidance(i.e. PSC) being deemed evasion. Retrospectively applied. Followed by APNs. And bank account raids.

This was covered on Radio 4 this morning. HMRC are now trawling social media of those it suspects of tax evasion and fraud. So if you are not paying tax, and lording it up on fancy holidays or restraunts then they will gather the evidence and come after you...
