I did and scroll up to see how that turned out...

It's surprisingly difficult to find a good jacket, the ones I tried in boss were pretty good but surely there's a middle ground. Most shops seem to stock 2 varieties and it's the identical coats in all the other shops but with a different label on e.g. john lewis, M&S, etc.

Don't go to fashion stores like Boss, which are staffed by skinny oiks who are only there because they look good in that brand of clothing. Go to a gentleman's outfitters where a tailor can measure and fit you properly.

I don't get the hate, I didn't go in blind. I tried a few coats on and they looked amazing but the price tag of 700 quid put me off cos I don't really want to spend that on a coat that I'm gonna take off when I get where I'm going and leave in a cloakroom somewhere.

All this tailor custom fit stuff sounds like bollocks, I just need a coat that doesn't look tulip, they all come in my size
