They've known for years that they won't get a penny out of Rangers.
That wasn't the point of the appeal.
This is all about setting a legal precedent with EBTs, to try and nail the other schemes with.Comment

Yep, and it was even better to fight Rangers case because they were in dire financial position and were more likely to give up early.
