      I paid a lot more than the average for my house, and it is identical to the rest of the street.

      Average income is only 26k apparently, seems quite low considering the houses ain't cheap - says 7 times but my house was around the 9 times mark.
      Unless you're the lead dog, the scenery never changes.

        £38K & £300k in my last road, which is funny because my last road you didn't get change out of £400k. I suppose they are counting the estate across the bridge. the flats there were only £180k.
