If you look at the floor plans you'll see the master bedroom has two on-suites. That's got to be worth 500k in itself.

Not sure it would look so grand with my tatty Ikea furniture in it though.

They have no picture of and measurements of the kitchen which is suspicious. Even if you don't use it you need to know it's adequate for the staff to make something for you.

Well, it is Regents Park. If you're willing to live a bit further out, like Zone 5, and don't mind sharing an outside toilet with seven other properties, you could easily pick up a three-bedroom flat for around £7,975,000

It might only have 3 bedrooms, but each room seems 2X as big as normal so does that help?

A Ferrari is no bigger than a mondeo but costs a lot more too. Buy somewhere else if you don't like it
