I see the UK Government is continuing its noble tradition of inviting dodgy governments with shabby records on human rights to buy more arms to: DSEI 2015 - Welcome to DSEI, this goes some way to helping those that everyone moans about. Those invited include: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Colombia, Ukraine, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Philippines, Qatar and USA.

Its quite interesting that a number of these countries have been severely criticised by the UK for their human rights records yet get invited to this event by the UK Governement to buy more arms. Mind you, it shouldn't surprise anyone as UK companies secured export deals for weaponry worth £8.5bn and security equipment worth £3.4bn in 2014, cementing the UK’s position as the second largest exporter of defence equipment behind America which goes to show that the act of killing and suppression of people and the profit that goes with it is more important than supporting people...

        3. Germany is consistently ranked third, fourth or fifth globally in terms of the value of its conventional arms exports.

.... Germany is one of the largest EU exporters of arms to the Middle East and North Africa ...

I see Saudia Arabia has offered to build a mosque for every 100 refugees, how kind of them

If only they had 3 million empty air conditioned tents to house refugees in their own country
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

            Saudis are too tribal.

I would only want my worse enemy to be a refugee there. Even then I would get worried they would be indoctrinated into doing terrorist acts elsewhere from being on Saudi soil.

According to the Al-Hayat newspaper there are in fact around 500,000 Syrian refugees that have moved to Saudi since the civil war started although they seem to be mainly workers. Also there have also been significant contributions from rich individuals in the Gulf States towards the upkeep of refugee camps round the Syrian border, estimated to total around $900 million (£600 million).
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Is it a quarter of their population like in Lebanon?

Nope, this is the nearly current state down there:

And no mention of Saudi Arabia there, even though on your Al-Hayat quoted figures they would be fourth largest.

In fact, the UNHCR numbers don't include Saudi at all, so Al-Hayat looks to be BS:
