Some of these appointments look a little desperate. Matt is great but, being the big Hollywood star, is he really going to let Chris Evans be the boss? And who is going to do the writing? Clarkson is a writer by profession, and a good one. Now of this lot are (?).

As somebody said above, it looks like a zoo format. Good on radio, but on TV?

My understanding is MlB is very laid back so I think the issue will be getting him to do anything, not fearing he'll want to be in charge

Chris Harris is a well known and liked car journo. He has also driven many of the worlds top cars (old and new).

For example, any guests on the show are going to want to talk to MLB, not Evans, fans will want to see MLB, will always be asking about MLB, want MLB's autograph, etc etc. Evans is known to have megalomaniac tendencies, will he snap...
