        ok, I'm going to sound stupid, but I'm sure I've read that you should allow computers brought in from a cold environment (warehouse) to a warm environment, time to warm up before switching on, condensation or something. Can I get a job in the NHS now?

            I know of two deaths caused by a NHS database being out of action for 24 hours. It's not the same as having a few ATMs fail.
