I think one should manually reset the time after an update.

Still not completely decided on the Apple Watch but may get one of the cheapest models through the business for development purposes anyway.

You can't do that with the new ones which is why there is 1 sat in the garage to replace Mrs Eek's PC now she is happy to use Macs again (the last time was 18 years ago)...
