Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone -
Like the concept but the target is just too broad and rather unfair. The following groups would be my proposal -
- Anyone caught 2nd / 3rd lane hogging on motorways
- Guardian Readers
- Daily Mail Readers
- "Professionally Offended" people, Definition on request.
- Big Brother Fans
- Anyone who calls a charged for TV glamour show to vote
- Anyone called Roger

Actually that's good as people who are working illegally will comply with the ban and therefore you can shut down the whole black economy.
