You see the commandment not to kill is as passive as it is active. Example if by your inaction, someone dies than you are guilty of breaking that commandment. So if hear that some madman is planning to kill someone and you do not intervene and prevent it then you ar complicit in that murder and blood is on your hands.

But God would have had to interact with "space, time, logic, etc" in a consistent way, according to your crude "hands on" belief. So God must be part of the same rubric, perhaps on a broader scale, and you're back where you started.
