Well one of the Kippers points is to leave the EU and create stronger ties with the Commonwealth but the other countries in the Commonwealth have said that they would then want open borders with the UK and free trade so in effect you'd just have the same problems with the Commonwealth as you have with the EU...“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.” -
So what?Originally posted by darmstadt View PostTo answer your last 3 questions, nope (apart from the speaking English bit)! Maybe its just the UK as remember, Germany has a higher amount of immigrants than the UK.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

Fair enough the anti-euro party in Germany is quite a civilized and respectful party. Some of their principles are acceptable. If only UKIP and right wing Tories used the same fair play.Originally posted by darmstadt View PostQuite true in some respects but have you noticed that most of these anti-EU parties are right wing, semi-fascist, semi-racist and more than slightly misogynistic? Maybe they want to break up the EU then they'll all join together and make another one using their ideals?<Insert idea here> will never be adopted because the politicians are in the pockets of the banks!Comment

Well I'm sitting in an office in NRW this very minute and its actually very nice, it depends upon where you go, same as the UKOriginally posted by petergriffin View PostIncidentally, I've been to Germany (NWR) last month and it was quite sh.te!“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

That is assuming everyone who wants the UK to leave the EU subscribes to the idea that at the same time we need to set up closer ties with the commonwealthOriginally posted by darmstadt View PostWell one of the Kippers points is to leave the EU and create stronger ties with the Commonwealth but the other countries in the Commonwealth have said that they would then want open borders with the UK and free trade so in effect you'd just have the same problems with the Commonwealth as you have with the EU...Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

I was in Cologne and Dusseldorf. Step away from the lovely city centre and it looks like a refugee camp.Originally posted by darmstadt View PostWell I'm sitting in an office in NRW this very minute and its actually very nice, it depends upon where you go, same as the UK<Insert idea here> will never be adopted because the politicians are in the pockets of the banks!Comment

This is assuming that everyone who wants the UK to leave the EU knows what the **** they're on about, some are, some are just brain dead drip fed morons who wouldn't be able to tell you what EU actually meansOriginally posted by DodgyAgent View PostThat is assuming everyone who wants the UK to leave the EU subscribes to the idea that at the same time we need to set up closer ties with the commonwealth

So what are you proposing? I'm curious. Let's have a honest debate about what Britain should do immediately after leaving the EU, because UKIP haven't addressed this issue yet.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostThat is assuming everyone who wants the UK to leave the EU subscribes to the idea that at the same time we need to set up closer ties with the commonwealth<Insert idea here> will never be adopted because the politicians are in the pockets of the banks!Comment
