You obviously don't see the number of Lorry drivers, builders and waiting staff from Eastern Europe willing to work for minimum wage. If the pool of employees goes down then wages will have to go up. The only problem with that is then the rest of Europe won't have business with us. This country is the least bigoted, least racist and most welcoming country on the planet. No government is going to send all immigrants from eastern europe home are they? The UK will probably require Eastern europeans to obtain visas just as we do with Australians and other nationalities.
