The race to the bottom in the last 5 years has nothing to do with cheap immigration. Maybe until 2008, but not after that. So, if you were right, if we removed all immigrants from this country, then wages would peak again? This is what many people think, but I don't see any evidence of that. If anything, it would make things worse. The lack of revenues coming from reduced foreign influx would force many business to simply shut down.
You are oversimplifying: in or out of the EU has many more implications than just cheap foreign labour.
You can't have a wisa waiver with all or some EU countries and then expect to deal with them on our terms. Something has got to give.

You obviously don't see the number of Lorry drivers, builders and waiting staff from Eastern Europe willing to work for minimum wage. If the pool of employees goes down then wages will have to go up. Its difficult to see how those on minimum wage living 4 to a room are generating massive revenues.
Visa waiver allows us to refuse to admit undesirables and conversely places like Spain to return all our crooks.
If you set the access for accession countries to highly skilled labour only money will be repatriated and the trickle down will work, currently we just import cheap labour and sex slaves.
If you remove immediate right to reside visitors will have to depend on their own country for benefits.
plenty of problems but this belief we can all be one big happy family with one bank account is stupid.

The only problem with that is then the rest of Europe won't have business with us. Unless you campaign for a total Europe-wide repudiation of the principle of free movement, which is unrealistic, you would see a backlash against British businesses and expats in Europe.
You probably think this will not affect you personally, but it will.
The impression that we are giving abroad is of a country full of bigots and this doesn't really help.
<Insert idea here> will never be adopted because the politicians are in the pockets of the banks!
You are confusing bigotry with racism. The Germans and the French have always been racists. They have fought each other and killed each other and killed other races. This is why the European Community was set up, to prevent more wars between the French and the Germans.
However they play the European card nicely, while Britain has a confused policy about Europe. In, out? Yes, no? This is damaging.

This country is the least bigoted, least racist and most welcoming country on the planet. No government is going to send all immigrants from eastern europe home are they? The UK will probably require Eastern europeans to obtain visas just as we do with Australians and other nationalities. Or they could allow eastern europeans to work here as self employed just as they did with Romanians and Bulgarians pre 2014
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

You miss the point again.
You want a repudiation of free movement of labour? Fine.
There's a price to pay for that, and that outweighs the supposed benefits. The price is that you also have to repudiate free movement of goods and services.
Are you prepared to pay that price? I'm not.

Self explanatory. If you repudiate free movement of labour, you're out of the EU. If you're out of the EU, you don't have free movements of goods and services.
And before you cite Norway and Switzerland, ask yourself if you pay VAT from goods imported from those countries or not.
